Employing Transact-SQL tools implemented by Microsoft, Sybase, and Tessitura, Turner IT develops custom reports for Vancouver Opera and performs research, enabling the Opera to expand functionality of and fully utilize this complex system. Currently we are managing and acting as the technical team for Ballet BC's implementation of Tessitura Arts Enterprise Software. Fine Werks Inc. • http://www.finewerks.com, http://www.urbanimage.infoWe offer on-site technical support as well as web application development and hosting for Fine Werks Inc. We are currently developing custom web applications for Fine Werks to match and streamline their day-to-day business processes. This bolsters their online presence, allows them to connect customers with products more effectively, and allows them to track their milestones as they build a database of business history. Fine Werks recently moved all of their web sites onto their own in-house web server, which we built and deployed. Barbara Parkin • http://www.barbaraparkin.comBarbara Parkin wanted to spread the word about her talents as a painter, and offer a place online where potential buyers could view her work. Turner IT built a customized web application using our web application framework, Penlyte, that allows her to log in to the site, and add, remove and rearrange images of her paintings directly from the site itself. Barbara uses the site to catalog her digital image collection of her works, and can choose which to display at any time. She can also view customized statistics about how her site is being found on the Internet, and analyze her traffic patterns and users' experiences. Barbaraparkin.com is web standards-compliant, is clean and effective, and enjoys good rankings in search engines for generic terms related to her work. Vancouver Psych-Ed • http://www.psyched.caVancouver Psych-Ed wanted a simple, static web site to inform others about the services they provide. We developed a straighforward, effective, accessible site. We also took care of all the arrangements for hosting and domain name registration, etc., making it easy for them to get their site up and running.
